HOUSE RULES:
*We expect guests to communicate with us before arrival and during their stay with us, so that there is no confusion and we all have an enjoyable experience.
*We have no contact check in and check out. We clean the unit before any guest arrive. So after check in maintaining clean environment is guest's responsibility.
*Do not bring extra guests without booking.
*It's a No smoking house,so we expect them to maintain this rule and not smoke inside the house at All times.
* Do not plug in too many electronic devices in the same outlet at a time to avoid short circuit.
*Do not throw excess toilet paper inside the toilet. Please use the bin.
* Dress appropriately to the weather and wear indoor shoes.
*Before check out making sure to throwing out the raw garbage from bathroom, kitchen and fridge and leaving the recyclable items in their designated place.
* Taking all their belongings, locking the unit and returning the keys in the mailbox.
