1. 🚭 No smoking inside the bungalows.
A cleaning fine of 5,000 THB will be charged if smoking is detected indoors.
You may smoke in designated outdoor areas only.

2. 🔇 Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
Out of respect for other guests and neighbors.

3. 🛏️ Maximum occupancy is 30 guests.
Extra baby cots (2 available) must be requested in advance.

4. 🕒 Check-in: 2:00 PM – Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and may incur an extra fee.

5. 🧹 Please treat the property with care.
Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay.
