* No Parties or Events: Strictly prohibited.
* No Unregistered Guests: Only guests listed on the booking are allowed to stay overnight.

🚫 Restrictions & Fines
* Strictly NO Smoking: Inside the property. (Fine: 5,000 THB)
* No Durian Allowed: Due to the strong lingering odor. (Fine: 5,000 THB for deep cleaning)
* No Pets Allowed.
* No Shoes inside: Please leave your shoes at the entrance.

* Save Energy: Please turn off lights, A/C, and appliances when leaving the room. Help us save the earth! 🌎
* Kitchen & Cleanliness: Please wash dishes and clean up the kitchen after use.
