Guests
- Ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation. If you need to alter the number of guests or pets, please do so through Airbnb. Because Airbnb’s insurance and policies only cover registered guests, we DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately.
Trash
- The trash and recycle will need to be taken to the curb on THURSDAY for Friday morning pick-up. We are happy to move the bins if you prefer. Please be aware that the driveway is long and gravel, but the bins must be taken down in order for trash to be collected.
Septic
This cabin is on a septic system; it cannot handle food scraps, wipes, nor toiletries. Toilets can only handle septic-safe toilet paper. Do not flush hygiene products, wipes, nor excessive tissue, EVEN ONES MARKED AS FLUSHABLE, as this will cause a blockage and render all plumbing unusable.
Quiet Hours (10:00pm – 8:00am)
- Respect our neighbors and the peaceful surroundings; no loud outdoor gatherings or music during this time
Hot Tub Use
- Shower before use
- Avoid lotions, soaps, chemicals, or oils
- Keep glass and food away
- Keep cover closed when not in use
- Children must be supervised at all times

Wildlife Awareness
- The home is located in a wooded area with wildlife
- Please do not leave food or trash outside
