🚧 Outdoor Area Update 6/29/26
We're excited to welcome our first guests while we complete the final phase of our backyard renovation. During your stay, much of the backyard will be an unfinished work area. The fire pit is available, but access requires walking across the unfinished yard to reach the grassy area beyond.

The home, deck, and all indoor amenities are fully completed and ready for you to enjoy. There will be no construction work taking place during your stay. We hope to have the backyard project completed by 7/10/26.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces during their stay. The only restricted area is a locked owner’s cabinet in the kitchen. Otherwise, the home is yours to enjoy.

Other things to note
📝 Community Registration Required

The Emerald Lakes Association requires all guests and vehicles to be registered before arrival. To ensure a smooth check-in, please provide the required guest and vehicle information at least 48 hours before your arrival.

Registration information received less than 24 hours before check-in is subject to a $100 expedited registration fee, as required by the Emerald Lakes Association.

🦌 Wildlife Notice: You're visiting the beautiful Pocono Mountains, home to a variety of native wildlife. By booking, guests acknowledge that sightings of wildlife and insects (🦌🐻🦝🐿️🐦🐜) are part of the natural environment and are outside the host's control.

👤 Age Requirement - The booking guest must be 25 years or older and must be present at the property for the duration of the stay.

🔥 Burn Ban Policy - The Emerald Lakes community may issue burn bans due to weather or wildfire risk. During these times, all outdoor fire features—including the fire pit and any propane or gas features—may be restricted.

Guests are responsible for following all community rules, and any fines or violations will be the responsibility of the booking guest. We will notify guests as soon as possible if a burn ban is announced during their stay.

🐾 Pets - We love our fur babies, and well-behaved dogs are welcome! Up to 2 dogs are allowed per stay with a $75 fee per dog.

Please help us keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests by cleaning up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. Pet waste bags are provided, and a stainless steel waste container is located on the side of the house for easy disposal.

Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive messes or indoor accidents.
