The Pocono Haven is a beautifully furnished home located in Pocono Township of Pennsylvania. The home has four spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and there is a shared bathroom on both the upper and lower level of the house. All beds have memory foam mattresses, pillows and warm comforters.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker and a Keurig machine. In addition, there are also pots, pans, plates, tea cups, glasses and silverware for your convenience. We provide complimentary K-cups and bottled water.

The living spaces are equipped with smart TV's for streaming (Firestick, Hulu, & Disney+ included). Free WiFi (password provided on check-in), modern and comfortable sofas in the upper level living room and two sofas with reclining chairs in the lower level living room.

- NO Smoking (Remediation fine for deep cleaning if no smoking rule is broken)

- NO covering or tampering with the external video cameras

- Check-In after 4PM

- Check-out 11AM

- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 9am

- No 3rd party bookings. Person booking the house must be staying on the property for the duration of trip. No additional/unregistered guests are allowed. If undeclared guests are discovered we will charge $50/night/person and it may result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. No 3rd party bookings.

- Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that the guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

*Please note this property has external security cameras for your safety and mine. Tampering/covering video cameras are prohibited. Reservation will be cancelled if tampered with.
