Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, including the fully-fenced backyard. Ample parking is available directly in front of the house for your convenience.

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance.

PET POLICY:
We welcome one service animal or up to two small dogs (under 30 lbs)—no exceptions. A non-refundable $100 pet fee applies to all stays with pets. This fee helps cover the cost of deep cleaning and dry-cleaning all used linens and towels to ensure a safe, allergy-free environment for future guests.

To help us maintain a clean and comfortable space:
- Please clean up after your pet
- Pets are not allowed on furniture
- Excess pet hair must be cleaned before departure
- An additional $50 fee may be charged if pet hair, urine, or feces is found on furniture, floors, or in the yard.

KTICHEN:
You are welcome to use the provided condiments, spices, oils, and sauces. We kindly ask that these items remain in the home for future guests to enjoy.

SLEEPER SOFA:
Please note that the sofa bed is currently unavailable. However, we provide two twin-size rollaway beds for additional sleeping space.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We adhere to our cancellation policy and highly recommend purchasing travel insurance or using a credit card that offers travel insurance coverage. Please note that road closures and snowfall may occur during the winter and spring seasons.
