Important NOTICE: Pelican Beach Resort will have common walkways recoated until Dec 15th, 2023 as informed in our listing. Noise and dust are possible during this period.


This condo features;

* Master bedroom has a king size bed with a Smart TV, direct door to master bathroom
* Hallway has bunk beds for sleeping 2. 2nd bathroom is accessed from hallway
* Sofa in the living room is a sleep sofa which converts into a queen bed
* HD Cable TV, Netflix on both Smart TVs and high speed Wi-Fi
* Coin operated laundromat on the same floor
* Playing cards and a rich set of board games.
* Two beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler along with ice packs for the use of our guests. You also have an option to rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach. IMPORTANT: Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
* Keyless entry door lock system, no keys during your stay with your unique code. You can also set up your own 3-6 digit code.

Your welcome package will have startup supply of bottled water, coffee, toilet papers, travel size shampoo, hand soaps in both bathrooms, paper towel, dish liquid, new dish sponge, dishwasher(2) and laundry(1) tablets.

HOUSE AND RESORT RULES
- 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in.
- Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
- No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor). We mean it and $250 fine applies
- Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.
- Please do not cook heavily aromatic food (curry, fish, garlic) as it requires unit to be aerated at extra cost
- Rates are quoted for entered occupancy and extra person fees may apply if occupancy is increased after booking.
- We do not allow any towels, sheets, bedspreads, or any furnishings to be removed from our condo at any time
- Guest will be required to e-sign our rental contract upon booking. There shall not be any terms which are not included in our listing and policies here.
