It's very cool at night. We often just leave the windows open at night, the breeze is amazing.

There's a window a/c unit in one bedroom that you can run throughout the day and it will cool the house.

The thermostat only controls the heat.

High-speed wifi and smart tv in the living and one bedroom.

One renovated bathroom with tub.

Spacious deck was replaced 2 years ago. There are chairs, a table, and umbrella. Perfect for all your meals.

Large yard and access to 17 acres of woods where you can explore and hike. The yard is not fenced.

Access to all living areas on the main level.

The basement will be locked and inaccessible.

If you are staying for a longer period of time and would like to have some light cleaning or laundry done during your stay please let us know.

Please do not leave food outside. There are animals in the area and leaving food out will attract them.

Main Street in Margaretville is full of cute shops, Cafe, and their first dispensary.
