Bright, modern, zen-like -sunny room with private bath in vibrant hip neighborhood of Oakland. Private entrance. Near shops and parks and lakes. Safe neighborhood too!! Great restaurants, close to UC Berkeley, easy access to BART to San Francisco.
The property is very private on a quiet street yet walking distance to all restaurants, shopping and activities. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The room is cozy and clean and comfortable. Quality linens and towels. A nice view out the double doors and a small area to sit outside and take breakfast or read/relax.

House Rules

- This is an environmentally friendly home and guests are encouraged to be environmentally conscious by turning off all lights and fans when not in use. Perfumes and strong scents, aerosol sprays or, incenses are not permitted. This is a room rental only. The rest of the house is not shared space, however you have your own patio off the bedroom to enjoy. Use of the kitchen is limited to microwave use, tea or coffee. There is no extra storage available than your suitcase, 2 suitcases maximum for the room. There is room for a bicycle outside to be stored and locked but you must bring your own lock. Refundable Damage Deposit

Should any drains clog as a result of hair/putting anything inappropriate, or too much food or other things in drains, covers damage to furniture/bedding/bath towels/fixtures/walls/doors/garden area/gate/lost keys/ Also covers excessive soiling of the room which will require a deeper cleaning fee of $250

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and full refund is warranted but must be made prior to 7 days of booking date.

Notes

Please note, I will have to turn away any guests who come already with symptoms of any kind. That includes: Upper Respiratory symptoms, GI symptoms, Skin rashes, or other infectious illnesses, etc.. If you are sick or recovering from an illness you will not be permitted to stay. I will not accept a negative COVID test as that is not proof of the infection unless repeated. Should you get sick during your stay, your stay will need to be terminated. All fees incurred and cleaning fees will remain.
