We provide our cell number if you need anything during your stay. We live in the area and are available if necessary. We accept platform messages, texts, emails, or phone calls. We do appreciate you being our eyes and ears and welcome you to contact us if anything needs our attention.

Peace of Heaven gives you a feeling of complete remoteness as you are settled at the end of the road on 2.8 acres on a mountain ridge. Sound can carry to distant neighboring houses and we just ask that, particularly in the late hours, you please be mindful of this.

The cabin is very close to town and the Polar Express train depot. You can even hear the train whistle from the deck!

The town of Bryson City just continues to get more and more like a Hallmark movie! It's small town feel with quaint boutiques, breweries, and restaurants surrounded by mountains and the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad makes you feel right at home with its Southern Charm. The spring and summer months bring festivals and numerous outdoor activities, the fall foliage is magnificent, and the winter brings us The Polar Express and snow skiing at Cataloochee Resort. Harrah's Casino offers fabulous dining and entertainment opportunities. So much to do...Boat Rentals. Rafting. Tubing. Hiking. Biking. Exploring.

Flat gravel parking area at the cabin. Easy to turn around in the parking area. Plenty of parking space. Many guests say that once you make the drive up once, you will feel more confident in your surroundings.

* We strongly suggest an all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle. We do have guests successfully make it to the cabin without AWD or 4WD. However, we are not responsible if you bring a 2-wheel drive vehicle and it is unable to access our property. The driveway is gravel and there are a couple of curves and steeper sections and it is maintained regularly.
* No Smoking Allowed to include deck area
* $25/night Pet Fee ~ 2 dog limit with combined total weight of under 50lbs. Unauthorized pets may result in immediate dismissal from our property with no refund + additional charges
* No Parties or Extra Guests Allowed
* No Trailers Allowed
* At least one person 25 years of age or older must handle and be responsible for the renting of our home AND must remain in the home overnight each day of the rental period
* No Illegal Activities are permitted on our property
