You are staying in one of Baltimore's safest neighborhoods, with abundant free street parking right in front of the house.

→ Larger groups: There are 2 "real beds" in this home - a California king in the master and a full bed in the guest bedroom. Other sleepers will be on one of the deluxe air mattresses, living room sofa or huge Lovesac beanbag. We provide more than enough linens, pillows and towels for everybody.

The entire home is yours, and no keys are required with the automated keypad door.

Other things to note
- Visitors, additional guests and pets require prior host approval.
- Dogs are warmly welcome subject to agreement to pet rules and payment of separate fee of $55/dog/night (reduced to $35 for hypoallergenic or nonshedding dogs). Discounts for stays of 3+ nights.
- Cats and other animals are strictly forbidden, unless exception given prior to booking.
- Smoking/vaping inside strictly prohibited. You may smoke cigarettes on the back patio.
- Hookah, marijuana and illegal drugs are never allowed on property.
- Back patio quiet hours after 9PM - noise must be kept at a minimum so as not to disturb the neighbors.
- The hot tub is available 97% of the year. Very occasionally subfreezing temps or guest misuse may render it briefly unusable.
- Same city reservations require prior host approval.
