Palmetto Dunes two bedroom condo - Hilton Head Island

Welcome to the Water Oak Villas, located in beautiful Palmetto Dunes of Hilton Head Island, SC, located on the Robert Trent Jones golf course and just minutes from the beach, tennis and pickle-ball! This condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry room, patio overlooking hole #1 green, an upstairs deck as well as a working space for staying connected while out of the office.

Beach access is at the nearby Dunes House- restaurant/bar.

Palmetto Dunes is a gated community and a guest pass is required to enter the community. Guests will need to obtain a guest pass upon arrival and detailed instructions will be provided prior to your stay.

Our condo is two story. The first floor contains the primary bedroom and bathroom (shower only). The living room, dining area, kitchen and another full bath- (shower only), as well as walk out patio with grill overlooking the golf course.

The second floor has the second bedroom with two full/double beds, full bathroom with tub/shower, as well as a small area off the bedroom with a single pull out bed. There is a balcony also with two chairs overlooking golf course also.

The condo is an 8 minute walk to the beach access at the Dunes House, a short bike ride or parking is available but limited as well as the Dunes Buggy- free transportation.

Guests have access to the entire condo except for an outdoor owners closet and upstairs owners closet that are locked.

Guests may also use two parking spaces allotted in front of the condo entrance.

Our condo is an 8 minute walk, or a few minute bike ride or drive to the beach access at the Dunes House. Parking is available but limited during busy summer months.

The Palmetto Dunes Buggy in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina is available seasonally from April to Labor Day:

March 18–31: 10 AM–9 PM daily

April 1–September 3: 8 AM–9 PM daily

The Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a free shuttle service that provides transportation to residents and guests of Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove. The buggy can take passengers to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, shops, tennis courts, and more. Vans are dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis and usually arrive within 10 minutes.

Also located in Palmetto Dunes is a General Store, bike rental, The Dunes House featuring beach access, beach restrooms, restaurant and bar, tennis, pickle ball and 2 public golf courses!
