This home is centrally located in Gilbert, in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, within walking distance to Val Vista Lakes, to parks, bike trails, ice cream shops, coffee shops, and shopping. Walk over to the 88-acre Freestone Park - Hike and bike along the park trails or fish in one of 2 lakes!

Downtown Gilbert is just minutes away where you'll find the popular Farmers Market and an Old Town Scottsdale vibe with nightlife, fine dining, and local shops.

You're a quick drive to SanTan Village for shopping and dining for every taste and pleasure, world class golf courses, a large variety of unique restaurants and bars, spring training facilities, Top Golf, water park, Camelback and Superstition hiking trails, many local attractions, and more shopping of every kind. You will not run out of things to do!

It's a quick 23 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale, 17 minutes to ASU, and about 25 minutes to downtown Phoenix and Grand Canyon University. It's also super close to the 60 and 202 freeways.

It's 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and about 17 minutes from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.

We provide contact-free check-in. We will be available by phone or text if any issues come up or if you have any questions. We have an off-site house manager in case anything arises that requires one of us to be there.

Because this home is centrally located, you have the option to walk, bike, or drive to local amenities and businesses. This area has a lot of lakes so the scenery is beautiful. There is also a really long bike trail just minutes away that can get you right into Downtown Gilbert.

Driving is super easy and you can get to the freeway in just a few minutes.

The garage has a large ping pong table in it. There are two parking spaces available in the driveway. If game tables are folded up, garage parking is also available for up to two cars.

** Please remember that you are visiting the desert and as the temperature changes, you may possibly see desert creatures. Shake out your shoes and watch your step. We do spray monthly to deplete the food source, however it is not a guarantee that it will deter every creature all the time.

If you’re going to have difficulty with the possibility of encountering native wildlife like scorpions while on vacation, then you may want to consider traveling to a different destination.

** We have regularly scheduled service providers that work to maintain our home and keep it in the best condition for you, our guests. They include, but may not be limited to, our pool guy, landscaper, pest control technician, and house manager. In the event they have to visit the property while guests are staying there, they will try to be very quick and will do their best to stay out of the way. In almost all cases (unless there's an issue within the home that needs urgent attention - in which case you'd be notified in advance), the service providers will only access the outside of the property.
