Smoke-free and pet free home. This beautiful waterfront lake house is located in Bushkill, PA within the Pocono Mountain Lake Estates (PMLE) community and near all major attractions. It is in the heart of the Delaware Recreational National Park. The private community lake is about 35 acres, very quiet and non motored. It is carefully maintained by our board and has a sandy beach, sand volleyball court, picnic areas right next door (There is an empty lot for extra privacy). The property is about 0.6 of an acre and you can also enjoy a relaxing view from our dock, swim on the POOL (At the Rec Center 1 mile away), swim in the lake, fish or just listen to the sounds of nature. For runners, this area has some challenging and very low traffic hills and roads for your enjoyment. The deer will be your fans on route.
Bring your family and friends to enjoy this great rental property. Our home is 5 minutes away from the Niagara of PA...Bushkill Falls. Take advantage of the fall foliage, beautiful crisp springs, active summers and winters in the Pocono Mountains. Casinos, Skiing, Tubing, Hiking and much more!!

Indoor Pool reopens April on weekends. FREE access to all tenants.
Through an exclusive partnership with SHAWNEE Mountain, I get all my guests 20% any lift tickets and tubing for the Winter. Shawnee is about 20 mins from my home. Outdoor pool open all Summer, June-Labor Day.

My wife Jennifer and I have been in the short term rental business since 2000, assisting guests in Maryland, NJ, PA and NYC. We will try to accommodate any reasonable request, call or text me to get more details on our properties. You will deal directly with me, the owner. I grew up in the Northern NJ area, got my undergrad and graduate degrees in Maryland and currently live in the NY area, just north of NYC. Jennifer is a licensed Architect and she makes all the decorating decisions for our homes. We love traveling and discovering new things. We apply what we find useful to our rentals so everyone can enjoy. I love Soccer and volunteer as a Coach and help our community non-profit soccer town.
