Only a 1.5-mile drive to the community center from the pool. The lake is in your backyard. We also welcome your furry family members to our home, up to 2 dogs under 40 lbs.

Olibear is also a convenient base for travelers attending the 2026 World Cup. With easy highway access, you can reach the NY/NJ in 90 mins and Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field in about 2.5 hours for match days while still enjoying the calm of the mountains and lake between games. There are so many things that make this place perfect: A short walk to your private dock where you can take out one of our boats, fish or just read a book on our hammock, or drive just 3 miles to the wonderful Bushkill Falls, an amazing natural waterfall habitat called the Niagara of PA.

Come enjoy our open dining area with a large new table and seating for up to 12 people comfortably. The flowing concept allows easy access into the kitchen, while also providing an impressive view of the lake!
