The space

The space includes a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, and utensils—perfect for cooking your own meals.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to all in-unit amenities, along with shared resort amenities including 2 pools, hot tubs, sauna, and gym.

Both public WiFi and a private network are available for your convenience.

The condo features easy self check-in with a secure keypad for a smooth arrival. Free parking is available in the overflow lot located to the south of the resort.

We want to be fully transparent so you know exactly what to expect during your stay.

This property and building have experienced prior hurricane impacts and are currently undergoing ongoing maintenance and improvements. While our unit is fully functional and was not affected by the hurricanes and offers a comfortable stay, you may notice:

Some areas of the building and unit may show signs of normal wear or may be awaiting updates
The building is an older property and may not reflect newly renovated or modern resort standards.

Our team takes great pride in preparing the condo for each guest. While we clean thoroughly between every stay, occasional minor oversights can happen with back-to-back bookings—but we are always quick to address anything brought to our attention.

If you are seeking a luxury, newly renovated resort-style property, this may not be the best fit. However, if you’re looking for a great location, oceanfront views, and attentive service, we believe you’ll truly enjoy your stay.

🚗 Parking Update:
The parking garage is currently closed. Guests may park in the front lot of the resort or in the overflow lot located just south of the property. Finally, we do have a second overflow lot across the street.

🏡 A Note About Your Stay:
This is a privately owned and managed condo, so the resort front desk is not available for guest services.

For anything you may need, please reach out directly to Angie (management)—we’re always happy to help and want to ensure you have a great stay.

📩 Check-In Details:
Your check-in instructions will be sent the morning of arrival and will include everything needed for a smooth and easy check-in.

🚘 A parking pass will be located inside the condo and must be displayed in your vehicle and returned prior to departure.

🧴 Supplies:
For stays longer than 2 nights, we recommend bringing additional toiletries (such as shampoo) and extra essentials like toilet paper and trash bags. A starter set is provided to help you get settled.
