Absolutely breathtaking views from our private rooftop deck. 2 decks with 360 degrees views of the ocean, beach and mountains. Our unit gets sun from sunrise to sunset.

2 minute walk to the beach and 8 minutes to the Hermosa pier, shops, restaurants and more. Come enjoy the southern California lifestyle the way it was meant to be enjoyed.
This apartment is rare as it is at the top of the building with an unobstructed view of the ocean, beach and city. Guests can walk out of the living room on to the first of two rooftop decks. The first deck is great for those who love to BBQ, the outdoors, sun and being outside. It has a second rooftop deck that gives a truly unique view of Hermosa, Redondo and Manhattan Beach. It is so large you can play bean bags/corn hole on the rooftop deck. Both areas have plenty of seating including sun lounge chairs for tanning.

Guest will have access to the driveway and one parking spot you can use throughout your stay. Everyone can use the BBQ and everything in the house. Check in is typically no earlier than 3pm but depending on what day you check in, I will do everything possible to work with you and around your schedule to get you the keys as soon as you arrive.

My space has two bedrooms with the master having a king size memory foam mattress and half bathroom attached. It also has a large balcony facing the street. The second bedroom has an queen size bed with a tempur pedic mattress. Please note our place is a classic beach bungalow. It was built in the 60's and has a classic beach vibe and charm.

Getting around is as simple as walking or biking. Pier avenue is an 8 minute walk to the restaurants, bars, Comedy and Magic Club and much more. The strand and beach are 2 blocks away.ñ
