This serene studio accommodates up to 4 guests and is thoughtfully arranged with two king beds. The single-level layout - with no stairs in the home - makes it easy to move throughout the space.

The full bathroom offers a spa-inspired setting with separate stand-up shower, and double vanity. Bathroom essentials are provided, so you can refresh and unwind after a day exploring San Juan or enjoying the nearby water.

While there is no full kitchen, the space includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and wine glasses for easy mornings and light bites. Sip coffee beside the balcony doors with views stretching across the lagoon, or enjoy a simple meal before heading out to explore Paseo Caribe and Old San Juan.

Guests have access to a shared outdoor pool - available all year, open specific hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM - a shared hot tub, and a shared gym in building. Sun loungers invite you to relax outdoors, and shared beach access places you right next to a body of water. The building includes elevator access, 24-hour security, self check-in with a keypad, and paid parking on premises as well as paid parking lot off premises. Luggage dropoff allowed and long term stays allowed add flexibility to your travel plans.

The unit includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Please note that laundry detergent is not provided.
