Additional rules Ocean Front Villa Entrance Rules 1.We ask you to treat our house with the same respect as yours. 2. Events are approved on a case by case basis. 3. DURING your stay and BEFORE you check out: -If you are cooking, please load and start the dishwasher or wash your dishes and utensils. 4. Trash in the house is to be placed outside in the trash bins daily located beside the west wall by the circle drive. 5. NO SMOKING, Smoking is permitted in designated area only. The smoking area is near the outside bathroom just North of the outside patio area. 6. There will be a $500.00 smoking penalty if guests smoke in any other area and or do not clean up after themselves NO DRUGS 7. Please use outdoor shower by the beach gate or beside the pool to prevent sand from getting into the pool. $500.00 penalty if sand is found in the pool. 8. Please take care of our towels and sheets, do not clean makeup, or stain. 9. The property and common areas are for guests only. 10. Every booking is provided with 1 spare propane tank for the fire pit/gas grill, if you use the BBQ Gas or Charcoal please leave it clean 11. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 pets and a 100 pet fee per pet per stay, pets cannot be left unsupervised at any time. 12. Pets/service animals are not to be left unsupervised at the property at any time. 13. No animals on the furniture, if pet hair is found on the furniture you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee. 14. late checkout fee without prior approval $100 per 30 minute 15. If you use the roll down shades please roll them up after use so they don’t get damaged in the event of high winds. 16. No glass in the pool area 17. Remember that you swim at your own risk 18. No visitor allowed at anytime. If you will receive visit, that exceeds the number of permitted guests, please notify us to coordinate. 19. Please turn off all non essential electrical items when not in the rooms, the power grid in PR is fragile and we all need to do our part to conserve power. 20. DO NOT use knives to attempt to open coconuts. You can hurt yourself very badly and damage the counters. Trust me it’s much better to watch a pro, just look for the “coco frío” signs by the beaches. 21. The pools will be cleaned prior to every guests arrival. They are not serviced during your stay unless there is a major issue. If you would like the pool serviced during your stay that is available for an additional $100 per service.
