Check In: 3PM - Flexible

Check in times are 3pm and Check out 10am. We can at times accommodate a earlier or later check-in and out, however it must be approved and may not be able to be approved until 24 hours in advance of your stay. We prefer to allow our Housekeepers the full window so as not to have to interrupt your stay.

GUEST VERIFICATION: If a guest has no reviews yet, we require verifications of government ID, photo, phone, email and to be at least 25 years of age.

Payment Policy

Payments are made through Stripe.

Refundable Damage Deposit

$59 Damage Waiver fee is REQUIRED for all reservations. Damage waiver covers up to $500.00 of accidental damage. Damages deemed intentional or by negligence will not be covered by the damage waiver and will be the sole responsibility of the guest. For example, these include but are not limited to damage caused by smoking, pets, a party, or theft, or any inventory removal in the rental.

It is the Guest’s responsibility to report damage that is caused to the Property during their stay. Any damages that either exceeds $500, are not disclosed prior to check-out, or are deemed intentional, will be charged to the guest. Wooded Wanderlust will diligently pursue the collections of any monies that fall into this damage category.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation results in loss of $100 if less than 7 days before arrival.
