Because we live next door we're able to check the home before each guest's arrival for cleanliness and address any minor issues (ie: burned-out light bulbs, missing supplies, etc). We do all the laundry using green, fragrant-free detergent. If there are any issues during your stay, we're more than likely 1-minute away.
