BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
This ultra cozy & comfy cabin has two cozy bedrooms with room for 5 guests. The 3 level cabin boasts two bedrooms with brand new, luxurious queen size memory foam mattress and 2 twin sized mattresses with reading lights and night stands that offer USB ports and outlet plugins for charging your devices while you sleep.

The primary bedroom located on the lower level has a queen-size bed, 2 luggage racks (one located in the bathroom), a mounted streamable TV (BYO passwords/login) and a half bathroom en-suite.

The full bathroom is located downstairs with a stacker washer/dryer as well inside the bathroom closet. Stay warm with a large towel warmer as an extra bonus on crisp nights.

The second upstairs bedroom is located off the loft and has a twin-size daybed with a twin trundle that can be pulled out for use. There are 2 luggage racks a mounted streamable TV (BYO passwords/login), a window AC unit and fun wall mounted games for your entertainment . Outside of the bedroom in the loft area with a fun wall backdrop, a workspace desk and desk chair, a small seating bench with attached rotatable tray table and a large connect 4 game area for hours of fun and relaxing!

After a long day hiking or doing all the touristy things, slip into the luxuriously, soft bedding on your memory foam queen/twin size mattress or the added blow up mattress and dream the night away leaving you refreshed for your next adventure-filled day!

LIVING ROOM & LOUNGE/POKER ROOM:
Enjoy the convenience and coziness of this open-plan lounge area with a beautiful tiled ceilings, bar cart and poker table with various games and card games for hours of entertainment. In the vaulted living room with built in electric fireplace, enjoy the 70 in mounted streamable TV (BYO passwords/login).

KITCHEN:

The fully equipped kitchen on the lower level 3rd floor comes fully stocked, including an amazing coffee/tea bar that includes Keurig DUO drip and K-cup coffee maker, French Press (BYO beans), frother, coffee bean grinder and assorted teas.
The 3 level cabin has an open plan design leading from the living room area down to the kitchen and dining area.

OUTSIDE SPACE:
This cozy home offers easy access to the outdoors thanks to the front & upstairs and kitchen decks. Step out onto the kitchen deck where you can enjoy watching the sunset from your private seating area. Or relax on the hammock with a good book and look up at the lines during the day or stars ✨ in the evening. Sit upstairs on the loft balcony with family/friends and take in the views of the rim. Or curl up on the front seating area and enjoy a cup of coffee. Maybe sit at the propane fire pit and watch for elk. Allow the breathtaking and peaceful natural surroundings to clear your mind.

Please Note:
-Three visible, exterior only video and audio recording motion-activated cameras. One is a Ring doorbell located at the front door. There is also two Ring floodlights located on the front porch that turns on the light for the steps when there is movement in the driveway as well as the lower level deck looking out towards the road. They are all motion activated and are capable of recording and transmitting video to the manager via the Ring app. These are both for security and safety reasons.

-The climate of the home is controlled by a smart thermostat for heating. We do have a swamp cooler that needs to be shut off manually as you leave or when not in use. The window unit should be manually turned off upstairs as well.

-4WD/AWD REQUIRED: If traveling during the winter months, a 4X4 vehicle and/or snow chains are strongly recommended especially in inclement weather. If you have 2 wheel drive it is recommended to park in the lower level of the driveway. There will be no refunds if you can't make it to the cabin or bring the wrong type of vehicle for the weather.

-Upper driveway closest to the cabin stairs is on an incline and can be difficult without a 4WD/AWD vehicle. There is ample parking below but it is quite a bit of a walk up to the door. *TRICK: do not hesitate going up the driveway and it is much smoother.

- The cabin has city water and is not recommended for drinking. It is safe to bathe and use otherwise. It is recommended you bring water for drinking.

- Indoor fireplace is electric powered only.

SOME NOTES ABOUT THE MOUNTAINS:
- This is the mountains and cell service may be spotty so download the maps offline before arriving.
- There may be narrow roads at times
- This cabin is in the forests and mountains and you will likely see bugs, mice, or furry critters (including bears and Javelina!). You will see elk and if you see one more are to follow! They are beautiful but are wild, do not attempt to touch them. There is a $500 fine with the county if you feed them. We do maintain the property with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, or if doors are left open, or food is left outside the house, this can attract critters. Please use the trash can out front for throwing trash.
- There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: This is not a requirement but is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Travel insurance can protect you if someone in your party becomes sick, from natural disasters, and other unforeseen events, depending on your policy. Choose a cancel for any reason policy.
