Conveniently located with easy access to Montauk beaches, town, restaurants, and marinas:

Beaches & town: approximately 3.4 miles / 7 minutes by car
Gosman’s Dock & marina area: approximately 0.5–1 mile / 5 minutes by car

This is our personal family home, not a high-volume rental property. We rent selectively and only a limited number of times each year, primarily to respectful guests and repeat visitors who appreciate the home and the neighborhood.

Our property was previously listed on HomeAway for many years before the transition to Vrbo, where we built a strong history of positive guest experiences and repeat stays.

What do you want guests to know about you?

We are longtime Montauk homeowners who take pride in maintaining our family home and creating a comfortable experience for guests. Because this is not an investment property or full-time rental, we are selective about bookings and prefer hosting guests who will enjoy and respect the home as they would their own.

We enjoy spending time in Montauk with family and friends, especially during the summer months, and appreciate the relaxed atmosphere, beaches, boating, restaurants, and sunsets the area has to offer.

Why did you choose this neighborhood?

We chose this area because it offers the perfect balance between privacy and convenience. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing while still being close to beaches, town, marinas, restaurants, and local attractions.

One of our favorite parts of the area is being able to enjoy peaceful mornings and sunsets at the house while still having quick access to everything Montauk has to offer within a short drive.

Unlike many large rental properties in the area, this is a true family home that is only rented sparingly throughout the year. The house has a warm, lived-in feel with thoughtful amenities and comfortable spaces designed for actually enjoying time together.
