Mitten Luxury on Gun Lake - Middleville

1) Check out is 10:00AM
2) There is absolutely no smoking, or drugs (including marijuana) permitted in the home at any time during your stay. Violations will result in fines.
3) Prior to departure, please leave the home in as near the same condition as when you took occupancy. You and your guests will need to do the following:
A) Empty the kitchen & bathroom trash bins into the large receptacle at the end of the driveway.
B) If any of the furniture is moved, please return it to its original location before leaving as well.
C) Please also strip the beds prior to departure & leave the sheets, as well as the bath towels, in the laundry room baskets.
4) There is a cord on the far-right side of the living room to open & close the curtains.
5) Noise levels (inside & out) should be kept to a minimum between 11:00PM – 8:00AM
6) You may park in the driveway (4 spaces available) or to the right of the of the driveway in the grassy area (1 additional space available). There can be no vehicles in, or alongside the road, at any time.
7) Please be very careful when using the lake, dock, firepits, grill and balcony. Children should always be supervised in these areas and there should be no more than 10 people on the dock at the same time. Fires should not be left unattended & must be fully extinguished upon doing so.
8) If anything is broken or not working properly, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can fix or replace it
9) Beach towels are in the laundry room. Additional pillows and linens are in the front entry closet if needed as well.
10) Jon mows the lawn every Wednesday morning, so please make sure to remove any/all yard games, toys, furniture & personal items prior to his arrival.
11) There is purified water (reverse osmosis) out of the smaller faucet at the kitchen sink.
12) There are 2 small grocery stores nearby: The Town & Country Supermarket as well as Tom’s on Gun Lake. There is also a Walmart in Hastings & a Meijer in Plainwell, both of which are approx. 20 minutes away, as is the Tanger Outlet Mall as well!
13) Some of the nearby restaurants include: the Bay Point Inn, The Sandbar, The Gun Lake Cocina, The Thirsty Buddy, Judd’s Bar & Grill as well as Hungry Howie’s.
14) Yankee Springs offers camping, hiking & biking trails as well as boat launch & beach area.
15) The hot tub is unfortunately off limits.
