We love all of our 4 legged furbabies but we only accept dogs in this home as my husband has a severe allergy to cats.

Our home is located in Midtown, so appropriately named for its central location between the beach and the beautiful, historic downtown. It is also within walking or $2 Uber distance of some fabulous local breweries, restaurants, grocery stores and parks. It's located on 0.6 acres of fenced in land that includes a fire pit.
We hope you’ll stay with us and enjoy all that our home and the beautiful city of Wilmington has to offer!
Our home is well-equipped with all your comfort and travel needs. Fully functional kitchen with coffee-maker. Beach towels, chairs and cooler for those trips to our beautiful beaches. Games, puzzles and movies for some rainy day fun. Outdoor table and chairs and fire pit in case you're craving some smores.

Last but certainly not least... 2 comfy beds (one king and one queen) for a good nights sleep after a full day of fun!

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

We have keyless entry on the front door, so you're able to check in at your convenience anytime after 3pm on day of check in. Your access code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number you booked with.

Check Out: 11AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy: 4

House Rules

No smoking.

No parties or events without homeowner approval.

No more than 4 guests at one time please.

We kindly ask that you do not let dogs on couch or beds.

NO cats allowed in home please as one of the owners is severely allergic. If cat is found to have been in home, we will charge an additional $200 cleaning fee to cover the costs of deep cleaning of home.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Normal wear and tear is expected but if something is damaged to the extent it needs replaced, part or all of the deposit will be retained and receipt will be provided to show cost of item needing replaced.

Cancellation Policy

Will receive full refund (minus bank processing fee)if reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Notes

House Rules:

We are laid-back homeowners and don't want to lay down any serious house rules, but we hope that we can expect our guests to be respectful of and take care of the space and the property.

Please extinguish fire in firepit with hose attached to back of house when finished.

Please pick up after your pup in the yard.

Please don't allow pups on couch or beds as we try to keep fur to a minimum.
