Step outside in the morning and let the meadow set the tone for your day. Deer pass through at dawn. Hawks circle above the tree line. The air is cool, the light is golden, and there's nowhere you need to be. Brew a cup with the Keurig coffee maker and take it all in — this is the kind of stillness that most people drive hours to find.

Whether you're here to hit the water, explore the trails, or simply disconnect from the pace of everyday life, the travel trailer gives you a cozy, comfortable basecamp to come home to. Sink into the king size bed after a full day of adventure and sleep the way only mountain air allows. The trailer is fully equipped with everything you need — heat and air conditioning keep you comfortable no matter the season, and the TVs with Sling streaming are there for the nights when you'd rather stay in and unwind.

The kitchen is stocked and ready for real use. While there's no oven, you have everything else you need to eat well — and when cooking isn't the plan, the East Village is just a short stroll away with dining and shops all within easy reach. We take care of the details so you don't have to — linens, towels, and basic kitchen and bathroom essentials are all provided. Just show up and settle in.

The meadow-side setting offers some of the best wildlife viewing in the area, making this a natural retreat for those who want to feel genuinely immersed in the mountains — not just near them. As the day winds down, pull up a chair outside and watch the meadow go quiet. When night falls in the Sierra Nevada, the stars take over. TRAILER
The trailer is stationary and may not be moved from its current location for any reason.

SHARED PROPERTY
This home sits on a large flat parcel shared with one additional vacation rental cabin. You'll have your own private space, but please be respectful of neighboring guests — loud noise and music are not permitted at any time.

POWER
The property is in a designated high-risk wildfire area. The utility company may occasionally initiate precautionary power shutoffs during high-wind events. These are rare but worth knowing about.

CONNECTIVITY
WiFi is the fastest available in the area but can fluctuate due to mountain terrain and weather. No landline is present; most major cell carriers have service.

WILDLIFE
Bears, snakes, bugs, and other wildlife are active in the area, particularly March through November. Do not leave food, trash, or scented items outside or in vehicles. Keep vehicles locked and trailer windows closed at night and when away from the property.

SECURITY
One external cameras is in use facing the parking area which is used for security and to monitor snow levels in the winter. No interior cameras are present.

CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to offer refunds or credits for weather conditions, etc. Airbnb's travel insurance is strongly recommended at the time of booking.

PROPERTY SERVICES
Periodic service visits occur during stays, including maintenance, snow clearance landscaping, and pest control.

RULES:
• The travel trailer is stationary and may not be moved from its current location for any reason.
• Maximum occupancy of 2 is strictly enforced. Occupancy exceeding 2 guests will result in immediate cancellation with no refund, and an additional $500 fee.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home
• Do not drive or park in any unpaved areas
• No parties or events of any kind. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund, and an additional $1,000 fee.
• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $500 fee
• No 3rd Party Bookings. The person making reservation must be staying at property.
• Quiet Hours - 10pm-8am
• No loud music or excessive noise inside or outside the unit at any time
• Tampering with or disabling the Wifi, or camera will result in immediate cancellation with no refund
• Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors
• No open fires or fireworks allowed
• No feeding wildlife
• No exception to Check-In and Check-Out times unless pre-approved by host in advance
• We do not offer cancellations, refunds, reschedules, or credits of any kind for weather conditions, etc. as these are beyond our control. We strongly suggest that guests purchase the travel insurance offered at the time of booking if weather or travel conditions are a concern
• No flushing anything other than toilet paper in toilet (Flushing other items - even if labeled as flushable - could result in damage and additional fees for repairs)
