PETS/ANIMALS
Up to 2 house-broken, tame dog breeds upon approval, 45 Lbs or less each. Contact host for possible fee (covers ionizer treatment to remove allergens). No pet door inside the house. Depending on the breed(s) Guest may need additional damage insurance ($79) and/or have a higher refundable damage deposit.

HEATED POOL + HOT TUB
Self-closing, child-safe doors leading to pool and spa. Heat needed October through May for a warm pool. Monthly Cost: $649. Let us know 7+ days before check-in if you want this.

One in the front of the home and 2 in back.

HOUSE CLEANINGS
For longer stays, guest agrees to have the house professionally cleaned at least monthly (bi-weekly with some animal breeds). Approximate cost: $165 per cleaning.
