The rental is located on the first floor and comes with a private terrace with an exclusive access pool and sun loungers to spend lazy afternoons. At the same time, there is also a large shared pool in the common fenced garden for big laps of swimming on-site and open-air dining with BBQ to call for little reunions any time! For our active guests, the apartment complex has a fully-equipped and modern gym as well as a fronton court! Meanwhile, for digital nomads in Marbella, the home base facilities their work with amenities like a laptop-friendly workspace and free Wi-Fi.

Inside, the 2-bedroom rental offers air-conditioning and a light-filled living room with direct access to the balcony, as well as, the upper floor through a flight of stairs. This living room is also the perfect family space, furnished with a dining setup, a children’s entertainment corner and a Smart TV with a set of sofas and an ottoman. The layout of the retreat is completed by a lovely modern kitchen with an open bar area, a breakfast table and all essential utilities for an absolutely carefree homestay, which includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster and induction hob.

Plus, the holiday home is also an excellent base for those who want to dive into the iconic beaches around Marbella as Dunas de Artola and Cabopino are also within easy reach, just a 20-minute drive from here.

The streets surrounding the holiday rental are lined with international cuisine restaurants, tapas bars and terraces to enjoy. At the same time, they have all the essential services to facilitate an easy-going self-serviced stay. There are also a number of golf courses for lovers of putting, and the closest ones are a 10-15 minute drive. The nearest international airport is Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport, approximately a 50-minute drive from this holiday home in Marbella. Puerto Banús, perfect for partying the night away is just a 15-minute drive!
