The interior consists of 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a large living room with fully equipped kitchen. Everything is completed by 2 bathrooms with shower. The furnishings are elegant and new, and all living spaces are spacious and clean. Note: electricity is included up to a consumption of 150 kWh per week. On arrival you will be required to pay the even tourist tax as provided by the municipality of Castellamare, excluding children under 12 years.

There is a beautiful outdoor area with a large swimming pool and a large open space. A real balcony overlooking the sea. Outside there is also a well-equipped barbecue area and numerous corners under the terrace and porch.

Scopello is one of the most beautiful villages in the world! A stone village by the sea where you can find shops, restaurants, markets and ... friendly people! Scopello is one of the two entrances (the other is San Vito Lo Capo) to the most important and fascinating nature reserve in Sicily: that of the Zingaro, where you can enjoy numerous 'tropical' sandy beaches.
Castellammare, only 5 km away, is a pretty town in which to spend a day.
Segesta, an ancient Greek colony, is 20 km away.
Trapani, a beautiful city, is about 30 km away.
Busiate alla Trapanese and cannoli alla ricotta are two champions of the tables in this area.
