Welcome to Molino Nobile, a restored traditional villa set among the famed vineyards of Montepulciano. This serene Tuscan retreat combines rustic charm with luxurious modern comforts & daily maid service.

Sip an Aperol by the pool or Jacuzzi while the kids enjoy the trampoline, playhouse, bikes, sandbox & ninja zipline course. Recent updates include: powerful A/C for summer comfort, chef's kitchen, rainfall showers + separate 2BR poolhouse. Dining options for 12 + custom pizza oven and BBQs.

The space
All bedrooms have A/C, perfect for cooling down after a hot Tuscan summer day. Every room has been lovingly restored and updated to make this a cozy, modern stay in a traditional Tuscan millhouse.

Each zone/floor contains two bedrooms that share a full bathroom, which have all been completely renovated this year. The living room and kitchen area also features a half bathroom + laundry room with separate washer & dryer.

Top floor: 2 bedrooms each with 2 queen beds for kids or adults. One bathroom w/ tub and shower and double sinks.

Main floor: Entryway w/ work area for 3-4 adults w/ high speed Starlink internet, baby grand piano, and library lounge. Master suite w/ king bed & all-travertine spa bathroom with *double* rainfall/waterfall/mist shower, tub and Toto bidet toilet. 1 additional bedroom.

Annex Poolhouse: 2 bedrooms for up to four adults sharing a bathroom OR 1 bedroom + 1 dedicated workout room.

In the pool/jacuzzi area you'll also find a fire pit, outdoor covered and uncovered seating areas, optional picnic tables, bbq, pool lounge chairs, and electric pool cover for maximum safety. There's also a flat area for kids to ride bikes, play in the grass and jump on the fenced trampoline.

Out the kitchen door you'll find the main outdoor dining area with a large marble table seating 12 with easy access to a brand new bbq area and pizza oven just steps away, under the shade of a pomegranate tree and XL umbrellas if needed. Just beyond the patio, there's a play structure with swings, sandbox, playhouse and slide so you can watch the kids play while eating or sipping an aperol spritz.

With the property surrounded by vineyards, forest, and a creek, you'll never hear traffic or see the neighbors. Total privacy for a relaxing retreat with friends and family.

The closest grocery stores are just five minutes away by car.

You’ll have full access to the entire property. Our wonderful house manager, Daniela, visits daily to feed the chickens, tend the vegetable garden, collect fresh eggs, and keep everything immaculate — including bedrooms, bathrooms, and main living areas. Molino Nobile is a daily-serviced villa experience, atypical for summer Montepulciano rentals.

The pool features an easy-to-use electric cover for the safety of our youngest guests.
