“WOW, where do I begin? Truly the best Airbnb we have every stayed at and that is saying a lot. The personal touches made it very special for our family. You can tell, love, thought and effort that was put into making the luxury cabin so luxury and family friendly. They thought of everything. The house itself is brand new, everything is in perfect condition. The master bedroom shower makes you want to shower 3 times per day, the water pressure and shower heads (yes that is right a double shower that fits two adults comfortably) are amazing. The location is great and central to tons of family fun activities. We spent hours in the hot tub watching movies on the projector, fires in the fire pit every night, cooked just about every meal on the grill and my daughter was on the swing set constantly which gave us a nice break. Melissa's communication was excellent. She had great suggestions and responded quickly to a couple of questions we had. The master bedroom is on the first floor and provides guests with a luxuriously comfortable king-sized bed with an iron frame, topped with a Nectar mattress. It’s so cozy, you may have trouble getting out of bed in the morning! Not only will you be able to enjoy your favorite TV shows on the 43” smart TV, but also the breathtaking views beyond the sliding doors. Cozy up in the hanging chair with your favorite morning beverage and a blanket. In the mornings, step through the doors to enjoy some yoga or a quiet cup of coffee on the back patio before everyone else wakes up.
Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find the second bedroom, complete with a twin-over-full bunk bed. Sit back and relax on one of the two oversized bean bags, while enjoying your favorite show or movie using the 32” smart TV and DVD player. “Hammock Hideaway” is located in the new Cedar Hills community between Broken Bow & Hochatown, Oklahoma.
The Broken Bow/Hochatown area does require the use of a vehicle. While all the roads in the area can be a bit bumpy our cabin is easily accessible & roads are flat. The cabin has a circular gravel drive for parking with plenty of space for pulling a boat or ATV trailer.
ACCESS: Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The property features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in.
RULES
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the property based on the reservation.
✔ Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am in respect of other surrounding properties.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed.
✔ If the property is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub.
DAMAGE WAIVER OR DEPOSIT: As part of the reservation, we do require a damage waiver fee charged or damage deposit.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: We ask guests to sign a rental agreement for their reservation.
RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy.
NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the property.
GAS FIREPLACE(S): These are turned off from Mid-May to Mid-September in the warmer months.
PETS: Pets are not allowed. Some guests have medical or allergy reasons for staying at places that don't allow pets, and some people simply prefer it. We have to maintain that consistency for our guests. We can't be partly pet friendly and partly not. While we wish we could accommodate this, it is just a policy we can't bend on.
NOTICE: All guests at the property agree to hold the property owner and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the property. WILDLIFE & NATURE: We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the property is in the forest, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!

WILDLIFE & NATURE: We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the property is in the forest, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!

Our cabin is great for families with children! We provide kid’s dishes, books, puzzles and movies for kids as well as Lincoln Logs. We have an outdoor play set with ambient lighting and an outdoor movie screen that everyone can enjoy!

Small events like girls trip or family birthday parties. The cabin can sleep 6 so that is the max number of guests that can be at the event.

Chris & I love being hosts! We host our own 3 properties as well as co-host for others. We personally love to travel & explore nature with our 2 daughters. Our desire as a host is to provide a beautiful, unique, well-maintained property where our guests can relax, enjoy & have so much fun & make so many special memories that they will want to stay with us time after time! Getting around
Most cabins in the area are accessible over gravel roads. This is very common in the Broken Bow & Hochatown area. You don't need a 4x4 but you may want to take it a little slow as it is a little bumpy. There is lots of space to park in front of the cabin.
