Game room with ping pong, Pop-a-shot basketball, foosball. Relaxing atrium for morning coffee. Large dining table – ideal for 10, seats 12 max. Great space for work group collaboration.

Outside: Heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit, patio dining area, Pickle360, football, pool basketball, Connect 4, giant Jenga, cornhole, yoga mats & weights, create your own lighting scheme. Pool secured by safety gate.
PRIVATE HEATED POOL: Adds a touch of resort-style comfort to your stay. Please message us in advance so we can warm it up for you. $75/ night, 1-2 day notice please depending upon weather. 85 degrees.
PRIVATE HOT TUB: 101°F. Guest-controlled. Push the left-most button twice to turn on the jets. Included with your stay at no charge. Extra high privacy wall on the back of the property and privacy curtains are both provided.

PETS: Dogs Welcome (With a Little Extra Info First!)
Up to 2 LOW SHED, trained dogs allowed. Please message us to confirm we take your dog’s breed before booking. $75/pet/stay. Pet damages paid for by guest. Please keep yard clean. $25 charge may be assessed by the cleaners if yard cleaning is needed.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT: Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 10 am. Late checkout & early check-in is $39/ hr. Please message us first if you have an early check-in or late checkout request.
TRASH: We know taking care of the trash is not top of mind while on vacation, but we sincerely appreciate your help in this necessary housekeeping item.
SUNDAY: Please place BLACK trash can at the street on Sunday morning.
THURSDAY: Please place PINK can at the street by Thursday evening.

Master: Split King bed (made up of 2 twins), deep mattresses with adjustable bases underneath. You can raise or lower the head and/or foot of the bed. Ensuite. Sleeps 2. Has a pack and play with padded bottom & a high chair for infants.
Bedroom 2: King bed. Shares bathroom #2. Desk/makeup vanity with a light-up mirror. Sleeps 2. For safety reasons, the sliding glass door stays locked. Access to the pool and hot tub are via the safety gate.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed. Sleeps 2. Shares bathroom #2.
Bedroom 4: 2 twin bunkbeds (4 beds), shares bathroom #2. Sleeps 4
1st bath is an ensuite for the master bedroom and has a shower plus a single sink 42” vanity. 2nd bath has a tub and shower combination plus a single sink 38” vanity.
LIVING ROOM: open concept, 65" Roku TV, royal blue velvet sofa - folds out to become a queen bed. Bedding is in the hall cabinets. It also has 4 swivel chairs and a karaoke station.
KITCHEN AND DINING: Massive island, Revo party barge cooler, fully equipped kitchen, full-size appliances, Margaritaville machine, Keurig coffee maker, standard coffee pot, mixer, blender, toaster, crockpot, plastic dinnerware for kids, wine glasses, margarita glasses, bourbon glasses, cookware & bakeware, etc. Complimentary coffee, sugar, creamers, & syrup are provided. Basic seasonings, oils, baggies, foil, etc. are also provided. Large dining table, baskets of games.
LOCATION: AMAZING!!! CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. 3 min freeway access.
PARKING: 1 garage spot if games put up, 2 driveway spots, and 1 spot in front of the home. All are free.
SECURITY: Schlage smart locks and 2 Ring floodlight cameras (1 in backyard and 1 in front yard).
LOUD PARTIES PROHIBITED: Thank you for being neighborly. The number of guests booked is the max number allowed on the property.
SMOKING/VAPING: NOT allowed anywhere inside the property, including the game room. At the discretion of management, if there is a reason to believe that the smoking policy has been violated, a $250 smoke remediation fee will apply.
* REQUIRED CITY VERBIAGE: All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

Self check-in is enabled w/ our Schlage smart lock keypad. Simply type in the last 4 digits of your phone number.

After booking and signing rental agreement, a 4 digit pin for the Schlage smart lock will be autogenerated and sent to you with your self check-in instructions. Access to the home is through the large double entry doors, and the path to the doors is well lit.

Quiet neighborhood in the heart of original Scottsdale. Quiet hours are in place from 10pm to 7am.

Best to have a vehicle but since you'll be so close to everything, quick Ubers are also an option.
