Idyllic riverside hideaway close to the Loire in the quiet village of Treves only a short drive into Saumur. Boat trips available on the river from the village of Le Thoureil and canoes available to hire from nearby Gennes with it's restaurant and shops. Bikes available as the cottage is on the Loire a Velo bike route.

House with 1 double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with separate wc. Open plan kitchen / living room and covered veranda for outside dining.

Meet guests on arrival where possible.

Pretty village of character. With the imposing Tower of Treves, troglodytic dwellings and cave restaurant Les Caves aux Moines. Riverside walks and a beach when the river is low for sunbathing or walking. Wines, beers and coffees at the local tabac in Cunault and beer tasting only a short walk from the house.

Bus stop across the road from the house will take you to Angers station or into Saumur. Bikes also available.
