This perfectly remodeled New Orleans's style condo is located in the heart of the Village of Baytowne Wharf. This gives you direct access to shopping, dining, events, fun and more! Watch parades directly over your balcony or enjoy music during the summer. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths you have everything you need for your perfect vacation!

On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The first guest room includes a queen bed, flat screen T.V., storage and an en-suite bathroom. In this bathroom you will find a closet, shower, and washer and dryer. The second guest rooms has queen bunks- that's right, this rooms can sleep four people! In the third guest room you fill find twin bunks. All guest rooms have flat screen T.V.s. In the hallway you will find the second guest bathroom that also has a shower.

The first floor also has a large living space with plenty of seating and a flat screen T.V. Just off of the living area is the dining area with a beautiful wood table that seats 6. The bar area seats an additional 4 people. The bar area doubles as a walkway to the full kitchen and also is where you will find the sink, dishwasher and dishes and flatware. In the kitchen area you will have access to full size stainless steel appliances and a full wall of storage space.

The second floor is where you will find the large master bedroom with a king bed, plenty of space, walk-in large closet, flat screen T.V and en-suite bathroom. The master bath includes double vanity sink and a walk- in shower.
