Local History
Today's Lincoln Highway runs on a historic route connecting Philadelphia to modern Pittsburgh. This route was travelled by George Washington in the French & Indian War and later become the path for the modern highway.
The home was built around 1930. The family has shared fond memories of selling fruits, cider, and maple syrup at a roadside stand.
Over the decades this home received several additions. It has recently been significantly remodeled to create a comfortable and modern experience for guests.
