La Grange d'Emnitan is located in a quiet area, in the heart of the village of St Genis Pouilly, close to small shops (bakeries, butchers, florists, etc.) and Geneva. The village is well served by public transport. You don't need a car to get around.
All you have to do is choose the activities you prefer: staying at the barn for a movie night after having a meal delivered to you, or going out to eat in a restaurant, take a walk in the mountains or in the surrounding woods, do a shopping day on rue du Rhône in Geneva or in Val Thoiry or a concert at the Geneva Arena, or a show at the Théâtre du Léman or the Théâtre du Bordeau just behind the Grange d'Emnitan.</h3>

La Grange Emnitan is a large terraced house classified 5*.It is arranged on 3 floors and can accommodate up to 12 people very comfortably distributed in 4 beautiful double bedrooms on the second level and on the mezzanine on the third level two sleeping areas.
On the first level, a magnificent suspended fireplace sits in the middle of the living room. The large bay window opens onto the terrace and the garden on the street side. On either side of the living room are the home cinema and the games room with table football. On the dining side, you will find a large dining table where 12 guests can eat. The bay window on the living room side gives access to the rear terrace.You will take advantage of the garden furniture or the outdoor table to take your meals prepared in the summer kitchen composed of a plancha for the barbecues. You will be protected by a beautiful shade sail for when you enjoy the Jacuzzi or the counter-current swimming spa.
On the second level are at the four corners, the four bedrooms: two with double beds and two with Italian beds (which can, according to your wishes, be prepared in a double bed or two single beds). Each room has a Sonos speaker and a TV screen as well as plenty of storage. You will also find a large bathroom with a double sink, a bath, a shower and a toilet.
The third level is a loft-style open space. It is composed of two sleeping areas with two single beds each, separated by a shower room with double sink and toilet. The fitness area is made up of a treadmill, an elliptical trainer, a rowing machine and a massage table. In the games room is a TV with video game consoles.

Throughout the year there is something to do around the Grange d'Emnitan!
In winter, you can ski at the resort of Crozet (Monts Jura) which is 10 minutes away by car (or shuttle bus).You can reach the Lélex ski area with its snowpark. The other ski resorts are an hour's drive away (La Clusaz, Les Brasses, Flaine, Megève, etc.).
In summer, the Monts Jura will delight lovers of mountain biking and mountain hiking. Several golf courses are nearby.
At Palexpo the SIHH (Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie) takes place in January. In March, the Motor Show (GIMS Geneva International Motor Show) takes place. Many concerts are organized at the Geneva Arena just next to Palexpo. You can get there in 12 minutes by car.
Geneva is 20 minutes by car.You can walk in the historic heart of the city, visit Saint Pierre Cathedral or the Wall of the Reformers. The English Garden and the Flower Clock are located on the shores of Lake Geneva. You will be able to see the main attraction of Geneva: its Jet d'Eau. The Little Train will allow you to go around the harbour. Do you want to visit Yvoire (medieval city)? Lausanne? Montreux or Evian-les-Bains? take one of the mythical CGN steamboats to take a cruise and reach one of these cities or simply take a cruise on Lake Geneva.
Do you prefer shopping? Val Thoiry with its 65 shops and restaurants and its hypermarket is 5 minutes away by car.15 minutes towards Geneva is Balexert with its 110 shops and restaurants, its Migros hypermarket and its 13 cinemas.
World famous, CERN and the famous particle accelerator (LHC) are located just next door. You can visit the Microcosm museum as well as the CERN facilities.
The magnificent city of Annecy (also called the Venice of the Alps) is less than 50 km away. You can stroll through the old town and its canals.
Prefer to enjoy hot baths? 30 minutes away are on one side the Bains Bleus in Geneva and Vitam Parc in Neydens.Lavey-les-Bains is 1h30 away and will delight you with its thermal springs between 32 and 36°.
