This well-appointed 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers a comfortable and relaxing stay for families, couples, or small groups. One bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second includes a queen-size bed. The spacious living room is furnished with a cozy sectional sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day out.

Enjoy cooking in the full, expansive kitchen equipped with brand-new appliances and all essential cookware. A dedicated coffee station is provided, complete with a pod coffee machine, a manual espresso maker, and basic coffee and tea supplies.

The home features tiled flooring throughout and a ceiling fan in the dining area to keep the space cool and comfortable. Parking Instructions:
Your designated parking area is located behind the far right gate of the property.

There are two parking spaces in this area—one for Unit #2 and one for Unit #3.

Although the spaces are not marked, each unit is allotted one space only. Please ensure you only use one parking spot and leave space for the other guest.

For security, kindly close the gate behind you after entering or exiting—but do not lock it.

Please note that the storage closet in the kitchen is reserved for maintenance or housekeeping."**
