Just because you don’t get the master bedroom doesn’t mean you don’t get luxury as well. King size bed, full ensuite bathroom, plush towels, soft linens and 55” TV are all yours.

Kitchen

Full chefs kitchen with everything you need to cook just about anything you want. Dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, roasting pan, baking pans, crockpot, chopper, immersion blender, and so much more. Even a zester.

Coffee & Tea Station

We love our caffeine fix and we know you do too. That’s why we have a full coffee/tea station including a keurig, automatic pourover coffee maker (recommended by the SCA Certified Home Brewers Program), grinder, Chemex, milk frother, a variety of teas, creamer, sugar, coffee beans, pods etc.

Grill

Feel free to use our propane gas grill located just outside the kitchen on the balcony.

Living Room

Relax with plenty of seating and watch your favorite shows on our huge 82 inch smart TV. Netflix & Amazon Prime are of course complimentary :)

Office / 3rd Bedroom (coming APRIL 2025)

If you must work while you travel, why not do it in style? Double monitors, custom built double reclaimed barn wood desk, and super fast internet of course. Hermann miller aeron chair. Office also has a full ensuite bathroom. (Coming April 2025 a Queen bed will be added to this office)

This patio passes the vibe check with a fire pit, twinkle lights, comfy couch & chairs and all the plants!

If you’d like to keep up your fitness routine, the garage has a squat rack, weights, exercise bike, TV, pull up/kipping bar, and exercise bands.

Garage parking is available for 1 car, additional parking available on the street in front of the community.

FIRST FLOOR: Garage, Patio & Office

SECOND FLOOR: Kitchen, powder bath, living room & balcony with grill

THIRD FLOOR: Master suite, guest bedroom and laundry area with washer and dryer.

A separate booking agreement will be sent after booking for guest to sign.

Entire house is available except for 3 closets. Plenty of shelf and other closet space available.

Please add anyone staying overnight in the house to the reservation so they can have access to all the important house details.

Extended stay reservations are available - please reach out by message with your specific need or timeline.

I am available by text, phone or Airbnb inbox during your stay. I will communicate up to the day of check-in, then the morning after and the evening before checkout. :)

You'll love the vibe and fun atmosphere of this neighborhood. Vibrant and friendly with breweries, distilleries, food trucks, a restaurant, and an urban winery within just a 1 - 2 block walk. You can also walk just a little further (we recommend driving the 2 minutes) to Gatlin's Barbeque, Shipley's Donuts, (a must at least once while you're here) and a few other restaurants in the area .

Just a hop and a skip from The Heights you'll love the convenience and everything the neighborhood has to offer.

You can easily walk to many area hot spots as well as bike to Memorial Park (trails even lead downtown if biking is your thing). Most will prefer to travel by car to places like downtown, the Galleria, The Heights, Concert Venues, etc. Parking for one vehicle (SUVs, Mini Vans, small to full size sedans). Full size vans, RV's, & large Pickups should only park on the street using free street parking.

There are 2 outdoor security cameras, but no cameras indoors or on back patio for your privacy.
