The front bedroom features a private balcony facing south, just the spot for people watching and enjoying the glimpse of sunlight on the water across the street. Laundry facilities complete the first floor. Upstairs you'll find gleaming wood floors, plenty of dining seating, breakfast bar & cheery kitchen with useful storage.
