Booking Requirements:

Rental agreement and signed waivers for all adults must be submitted within 24 hours of booking.
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and stay throughout the reservation.
No third-party bookings or smoking of any kind
Security cameras are located on the exterior.

NO dogs on the lilypad - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Poop MUST BE PICKED UP unless it is in the wooded areas
NO wet/muddy dogs allowed in the house - dog towels will be supplied
$20 per dog per night
