PARKING: There is ample free parking available at the property. Please do not park on the grass or on the septic tank area.

ACCESS: Smart digital lock code will be provided on the day of check-in. This key code may be shared only with those people listed on the reservation and will expire 30 minutes after check-out time.

WIFI: The details will be provided on the day of check-in and are also available in the Guest Manual at the property.

FIRE PIT: Please plan to supply your own firewood purchased from a nearby gas station for a bonfire. Do not cut any trees.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING: A place for garbage containers is located next to the gate along the main entrance. As wildlife love our food scraps, guests are also responsible for securing all garbage and food waste out of reach/smell of scavenging wildlife.Please do not leave any garbage/waste at the cottage when you check out.

DRINKING WATER: The tap water comes from the lake and is NOT drinkable. There is a water dispenser for drinking water.

SEPTIC: Our cottage is on a septic system. Any material other than septic-proof toilet paper can NOT be flushed down the toilet.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS:

- Cottage is NOT designed for wheelchair access.

CHILD SAFETY:

- The Cottage is situated on the lake. Children should not be left unattended outdoors.
