ISLAND SONG VILLA is a very spacious, clean, organized, upscale villa in the serene parklike setting of Inland Harbour. The interior photos are from May 2021. There are no surprises when you check in.

The fully renovated villa is nestled in a hidden gem of a community with only 34 upscale villas to share 2 recently resurfaced Tennis/ Pickleball Courts and a Seasonal Pool (both accessible only by entry code). The note about 34 villas means the pool and courts are steps away, and it is QUIET, so you won't have hordes of people at the pool or on the courts! The villa is furnished like a personal vacation home, not just a rental and lives like a two story house with no one above or below to disturb you. An average hotel room is 325 SF and the villa is almost 5 times that size at 1,597 SF.

PETS - We are a dog friendly property and will consider (1) well-behaved dog under 50 pounds, and over 1 year, but an additional fee (per stay) will apply for extra deep cleaning after the pet stay. Please ensure you have checked the box for "pets" on the initial VRBO traveler information box. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN "DOG TOWELS" FOR BEACH AND BATH, GUEST TOWELS ARE NOT TO BE USED FOR DOGS.

FIRST FLOOR:

ENTRY - One extra wide and extra-long parking spot is right out front, with a lighted walkway, and plenty of space for bikes. There are 7 steps up to get into the villa, and a motion activated porch light illuminates a simple digital keyless entry lock. A Ring Video Doorbell ensures the safety of your stay as well as the safety of our property.

KITCHEN & DINING - Create wonderful meals in the well-stocked galley kitchen with plenty of spices, cookware, gadgets, and high-end stainless-steel appliances. Relax for meals at the large dining table and listen to your favorite playlist on the Bose Wave Speaker with Bluetooth.

LIVING - After a great day of island fun, dim the sconces and relax on the sofa to play games, watch a Netflix movie or one of 125+ channels on the 55" wall mounted Smart TV.

*** We added a new Air Purifier in the living area (people and pet safe), which uses low levels of airborne hydrogen peroxide ionization to reduce viruses, bacteria, mold spores, smells, dust, dander and pollen. Meets California ozone emissions limit. CARB certified.

DECK - Enjoy a beverage or dinner alfresco (grilled on the Weber propane grill) on the deck with bar height table and 6 barstools. There are generally very few tennis matches on our courts as our 2 keypad accessed courts are shared by only 34 villas. The courts are non- lighted, so the games end when the sun goes down.

1ST FLOOR GUEST BEDROOM & BATH - High quality furniture, XL twin beds, new 32” Smart TV, beside USB charger, sliding door to small balcony and en suite bath with tub/shower combination accessible to the living area.

SECOND FLOOR:

2ND FLOOR BEDROOM & BATH - One of the largest villa bedrooms in Sea Pines, high quality furniture, NEW luxurious King size Stearns & Foster Estate Series mattress 2024, (innerspring & memory foam), memory foam pillows, two spacious dressers, bedside USB chargers, 40” wall mounted Smart TV. The en suite bath features granite countertops, stone flooring, a large walk-in shower with wood hangers, walk-in closet and in-wall laptop safe.

SITTING AREA - The sitting area, adjacent to the 2nd floor bedroom, added an extra 66 SF to the villa by enclosing a 2-story dining room ceiling. Comfortable desk, chair, USB charger and 27” monitor to connect your laptop will help you keep up with emails, (bring your own keyboard and mouse). Catch up with a good book on the chaise or bring your yoga mat to stick with your healthy routine during your vacation.

LAUNDRY - NEW High efficiency washer and dryer, wall hooks, PLENTY OF FULL SIZED LAUNDRY SUPPLIES.

GEAR - We provide (1) beach umbrella, (4) large cooler backpack style beach chairs, (1) hard cooler (good for the pool). Bicycles can be rented nearby at The Peddling Pelican at the Shops at Sea Pines Center, a 5 minute walk and they deliver and pick up as well. We lock the bicycles to each other or to a tree in the front yard.

INLAND HARBOUR - Exceptionally well maintained complex and perhaps the best in all of Sea Pines. It is in the heart of Sea Pines, and the LOCATION ALONG THE LIGHTHOUSE ROAD CORRIDOR IS FANTASTIC, centrally located across from The Shops at Sea Pines Center. You don't have the high cost of being on the beach, the crowds and noise of Harbour Town, or the distance to travel to get to South Beach. THE SHOPS AT SEA PINES CENTER is a short walk and offers shopping, our favorite seasonal gelato and coffee shop, restaurants, a day spa, bike rentals, a farmer's market on Tuesdays, and the SEA PINES HEALTH CLUB which offers weekly memberships for a fee.

BIKE PATHS - One of the absolute musts in Sea Pines is to park the car, rent bikes and make that your primary method of transportation. Bike rental is very affordable in Hilton Head, and there is a bike rental company called The PEDDLING PELICAN right across the street that will deliver and pick up for convenience! Biking the 15 miles of leisure trails in Sea Pines including the tranquil 605-acre Sea Pines Forest Preserve is relaxing and lets you bond with the natural beauty of the community. Using just your bicycle, you can easily reach the beach, shopping, breakfast/lunch/happy hour and sunset dinner. It makes the Sea Pines experience especially memorable.

Start your day to see the sunrise at the Beach Club, play a little tennis/ pickleball, or a round of golf, have a swim in the seasonal pool and end your day with cocktails watching the sunset at the Harbour Town Lighthouse, a 5-minute walk/ bike ride.

SEA PINES BEACH CLUB - The villa is 1.3 miles from the gorgeous Sea Pines Beach Club, the best beach access point on Hilton Head Island. During high season, March 24 Sep 5, there is no rental guest parking or drop-off, but guests can take a fun 8 minute bike ride or pick up the Trolley from any of (3) stops all near the villa.

One Resort CAR VOUCHER is INCLUDED with your rental. Simply pull up to the Sea Pines main gate house on Greenwood RD. and exchange your voucher for a weekly gate pass (which you keep on your dashboard). That’s it, no waiting in long lines at a resort rental office!

NOTES ABOUT SEA PINES RESORT - The following are NOT permitted to enter the resort.

· Electric Bikes (unless protected by ADA)
· Campers/RV/Oversized vehicles
· Trailers of any type
· Boats, including kayaks

The simple DIGITAL DOOR LOCK enables self check-in upon arrival. The villa will be ready & the lock will be activated by 4:00 p.m. on the day of check in.

USE OF VIDEO DOORBELL - Guests understand and accept that the front porch of the property is protected with a video doorbell which provides and added layer of security for Guests. There are NO cameras inside the house.
