The villa is an ecologically exemplary (geothermal energy) exclusively furnished thatched-roof villa built in 2009. It is situated on a beautifully landscaped large plot with 5 terraces, sunny garden seating areas and shady quiet zones. The entire property is lovingly planted with mature trees, rhododendrons, etc.
After entering the villa through the elegant entrance area, you are greeted by the spacious open-plan living/dining room of approx. 60 square metres with an open fireplace, antiques, hi-fi system and an international library with extensive literature in German, English, French and Spanish. With a good book and a glass of red wine from the hotel's own wine cellar and a crackling fireplace, you will wish that the long winter evenings would never end. In fine weather, you also have a wonderful view over the wide landscape and towards the Baltic Sea from your second living room, an approx. 60 square metre roof terrace. In the large kitchen you have enough space to prepare even large meals. You can also hire our private chef to prepare a wonderful meal for you for an extra charge. On the ground floor you will also find a fully equipped bathroom with separate WC and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, cleaning facilities for sports equipment etc. On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms furnished in different styles, from the elegant white bedroom in country house style to the "Sumatra" room in colonial style with bamboo bed and comfortable colonial armchairs and Indian table. There is also a spacious and professionally furnished study (approx. 25 square metres) on the first floor for guests who want / need to work during their stay. The room is dominated by an XL granite desk with screen, printer, lamp and an ergonomically high-quality work chair. There is also a coffee/tea making facility, a double armchair and a large TV screen in the room. You also have direct access to the roof terrace via two doors. Naturally, the area and the entire house are equipped with a fibre optic connection for ultra-fast Internet. The high-quality furnishings of the room are rounded off with a floor made of French travertine laid in "opus romain". There is also a sauna and a main bathroom of approx. 25 square metres with a large floor-level shower, whirlpool, double washbasin, bidet, towel warmer, toilet and large dormer window with garden view. On the first floor, after an anteroom, there is a children's room of more than 30 square metres with two single beds, a large play table and its own shower room (ensuite). You also have exclusive access to the pool area with separate changing area, shower and WC, two loungers, granite shelves for glasses, books etc., counter-current system and underwater lighting. The pool temperature is around 28° all year round

We can organise a private concert for you and your guests in the villa. Whether a classical piano recital, a jazz matinee or even a trio, quartet or musical cabaret - we will organise an unforgettable experience for you and you decide the programme. The acoustics are excellent and there is room for up to 20 people or more. Round off the evening with an 'after concert buffet'.
