Welcome to our beautiful and family-friendly home in Little Elm, Texas — a warm, stylish, and comfortable space designed to help you relax, recharge, and feel right at home. Whether you’re visiting for a family vacation, sports tournament, business trip, celebration, or a weekend getaway, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and modern living.

This spacious two-story home features 4 thoughtfully designed bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating families and groups of up to 10 guests. The first floor includes a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry room, half bathroom, and the private master suite. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, creating plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their stay.

The living room is warm and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Enjoy comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace for guests who may need to work remotely during their stay. The dining area comfortably seats six guests, making it easy to gather for meals, games, or conversations.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals, snacks, or morning coffee.

The Middle-Quiet Bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed
and is designed to provide the tranquility and quiet atmosphere
you need to rest peacefully.

The Cream Bedroom is designed with comfort in mind for your
young ones and is equipped with two full-size beds, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together.

Located in the heart of Little Elm, the home is conveniently close to restaurants, shopping centers, parks, and entertainment. Guests are only a short drive from Little Elm Park, Lake Lewisville, Frisco attractions, and just about 15 minutes away from the newly opened Universal Kids Resort in Frisco.
