High Breeze - St. George Island

High Breeze is a first tier home on an elevated lot to maximize the amazing beach views! Splash in the private pool after a warm day at the beach. In the cooler months, the pool may be heated for an additional fee. No detail has been left unattended in this immaculately furnished 3 bedroom 3 full bath home. A king master suite offers spectacular beach views to wake up to and has a large walk-in shower and double vanity. The queen master bedroom also boasts gorgeous beach views and a private full bath with a tub/shower. The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen and bath, a single daybed in family room as well as a 2 twin crash pads (a rather comfy additional twin sleeping option). The third full bath is accessible from the 2nd guest bedroom and the great room. The gathering place for family and friends is the great room spanning the center of the house. A well appointed kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances is open to the dining and living areas so cook up the day's catch with beautiful beach views, while remaining in the conversation with family and friends around the great room. . If you get a little too much sun, 4 flat screen TVs and a Blu-ray player offer options for your group to spread out if you'd like. A large deck faces the beach and offers sun or shade. Bikes, beach wagon, chairs, and boogie boards in downstairs storage area. A park style charcoal grill is provided and there is a picnic table under the house in the shade. Only 70 steps from High Breeze is the boardwalk to the beach.
