This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers various patio dining options on the large semi-wraparound deck, a large fenced yard, and is set up with your comfort in mind. The king bed has a new memory foam mattress, duvet, and extra blankets. New memory foam pillow tops on the additional beds that can be removed if you prefer a firmer bed. Black out curtains in every room. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, dishware, silverware, cutlery, wine glasses, plastic ware, kid cups, and more!

Evidence of smoking inside of the home will result in a fee to remove offensive odors.

Outdoor grilling and candles are not permitted.

We allow gatherings among registered guests only.
-NO ANIMALS
Up to 2 dogs are allowed. No other animals, including cats. An $80 per stay fee will be charged for pets. Guests must clean up after their dogs and not allow them on beds or furniture. Additional cleaning fees may be charged to cover excessive cleaning.

10pm-8am
-CHECK OUT TIME
12pm. Late fees will be charged if our cleaning schedule, or another listing is affected. No smoking. No parties or events. Check-in is after 4:00 PM.

Refundable Damage Deposit

We must hold a security deposit to protect our property and make sure that it is in good condition for the next guest. Please allow 48 hours after the scheduled check-out date for your security deposit to be processed and returned to the payment method you used at the time of booking. Your security deposit will be fully refunded minus any damages that occur during your tenancy, beyond normal wear and tear. Please see the list of house rules before booking. Cancellation Policy

STRICT
*To receive a full refund, Guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to check in. If the check-in date is more than 30 days prior to check in, Guests may cancel within 48 hours of booking.

We recommend that Guests purchase travel insurance through a trusted company in the case that extenuating circumstances impede their stay.
