To ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and safe experience for all guests, please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Pool Usage:
• Pool filling charges: INR 1500 (to be paid extra). Guests are requested to inform the property staff 5-6 hours before arrival or before intending to use the pool.
• Pool availability: 3:00 PM to 5:00 AM only.
2. BBQ & Bonfire Setup:
• The booking includes BBQ grills and a fire pit.
• Coal charges: INR 1000 for BBQ and INR 1000 for bonfire (to be paid extra). Guests are requested to inform the property staff 1 day before check-in to arrange these.
3. Guest ID Proof:
• Every guest must carry a valid Government ID proof (soft copy or hard copy) for verification purposes.
4. Extra/Additional Guests Policy:
• Additional guests entering the property/premises will be charged:
• INR 1000 per guest (overnight stay).
• INR 500 per guest (non-residential/short visits).
• Visitors staying past 12:00 AM will be charged as per the above rates.
5. Check-In/Check-Out Flexibility:
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged INR 1000 per hour.
6. Music Policy:
• Outdoor music is allowed until 11:00 PM. After that, indoor light music is permitted, but noise levels must be kept low.
7. Alcohol Guidelines:
• Consumption of other state liquor is strictly prohibited in Uttar Pradesh as per state regulations. Guests are requested to adhere to government guidelines.
8. Prohibited Activities:
• Drugs, illegal substances, ammunition, and prostitution are strictly prohibited. Guests must comply with all applicable laws.
9. Fire Crackers:
• Fireworks and crackers are not allowed on the premises for safety reasons.
