When you first step into the apartment, you’ll be amazed by the amount of natural light and well-designed use of the space.

Professionally taken photos, enlarged and printed on canvas, bring mountain and sunset landscapes into the space, giving the feel of walking through a photo art gallery.

The large living room and shared kitchen space have three windows and overhead recessed lighting.

Like moving paintings on the walls, the windows open views of large trees, the ever-changing sky and amazingly colorful sunsets.

The living room has a comfortable leather loveseat cabinets with storage space and a 65-inch Smart TV.

The coffee table converts to a raised dining table and can also can be used as a desk and workspace.

The open kitchen has custom-built cabinets, overhead recessed lights, new appliances and gorgeous granite countertops and backsplash.

The kitchen is fully-stocked for cooking and enjoying home-cooked meals with silverware, plate ware, bakeware, pots and pans, toaster, tupperware, coffee maker, tea kettle, hand mixer, blender, crockpot, spices & cooking utensils available for guests' use.

New stainless steel appliances include a built-in microwave, 4-burner gas stove, large kitchen sink, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer and garbage disposal.

From the living room, step up into a separate bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed where you can nestle in between the sheets and a plush blanket. Blackout drapes keep the room dark for sleeping in past sunrise.

There are two nightstands with 2-drawers each to store clothes. The tall bed platform allows for storage of luggage beneath the bed. Additional storage bins provided.

There is hidden wall space to hang clothes & jackets and a hamper for items waiting to be laundered. Also, 2-storage cubes are provided.

A stackable washer/dryer unit is tucked away in the corner of the bedroom for your convenience for laundering on site.

From the bedroom, there is a separate, private bathroom with spacious walk-in tile shower with dual-handle shower head. The bathroom has its own designated heater and overhead lighting.

There is an additional storage space tucked away, inside the wall, where towels, sheets and extra blankets are stored in the bathroom.

A hair dryer is provided.

There is a full length mirror hung on the wall behind the front entry door to the apartment and a shoe rack for storing shoes.
