This ski in-and-out apartment one out of three in this charming chalet, is fabulous for an all-season alpine vacation. This sunlit family friendly apartment is completely geared towards a comfortable stay and suits groups of up to 6. This modern, open, and inviting residence is the perfect place to relax, with a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV with Satellite connection. The open plan pine kitchen is equipped with a Cooker hob, Microwave and Dishwasher perfect for preparing easy family meals and an elegant dining table comfortably seats 6.

Guests can enjoy a morning coffee or evening aperitif on the sunny private balcony, equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for catching some winter sun!

The apartment enjoys an excellent location on a quiet road yet is centrally located. The Valandrea ski lift is only 10m away and although a car is not necessary, private parking is available.

The apartment has three bright bedrooms
Bedroom 1: Is furnished with two joinable single beds with wardrobe, extensive storage, and access to an ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: Is also equipped with two joinable single beds, ample storage space and a fold out sofa bed. It also has access to the terrace via French doors.
Bedroom 3: Is furnished with twin joinable beds and extensive wardrobe space.

Bathrooms
The apartment has two bathrooms, one shared bathroom which is fully equipped with standalone shower, wash basin, WC. A second bathroom is ensuite to the first bedroom and is equipped with a standalone shower, wash basin, WC, and Bidet.

Location
The apartment is centrally located and within walking distance of a wide range of bistros bars and restaurants, suited to all budgets, an excellent opportunity to sample the local cuisine. Livigno is one of Europe’s top skiing and snow board destinations and offers over 100km of slopes, perfect for skiers of all levels. The apartment itself is close to the Valandrea Chair lift, as well as the Shuttle bus stop that runs regularly with drops at all main ski lifts and cable cars. The Pattinaggio Ice Arena is within walking distance, excellent for Ice skating and Hockey in the winter and Football in the summer!

In the summer months, Livigno is famous for its hiking, mountain bike trails and beautiful countryside including the famous Cascata della Val Nera waterfall and mountain lakes. The area is home to 2 national parks Monte Motto and Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, and Larix Park – a woodland adventure park for the whole family

For those wanting to experience something more relaxing the Aquagranda Wellness Centre is close 20 minute walk, for spa treatments. Plus, shop until you drop! Livigno is a duty-free destination hosting many designer outlets.

Linate airport and Malpensa Airport in Milan are a 4 hour drive from the apartment. Free ski pass included for bookings for the period of 13.04.2024 till 27.04.2024
